How does the free plan work?
You get access to the base product features on the free plan. Once you reach the maximum number of records or the storage limit you cannot add any more records or attachments until you upgrade to a paid plan, but you can continue to use the records that you previously added. Reminders will still occur for these records as well. Once the limit is reached, you can delete entries or attachments to get below the account limit, but this may take up to 24 hours to update. Please contact us if you have any questions about getting started or upgrading to a paid plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, your plan can be changed or canceled at any time by simply using the subscription page or contact our support team. If you have more records than the maximum allowed for records or storage on the free plan, you will have to delete entries to be able to use the free plan.
How flexible are the plans and when can I change?
Plans are annual. You can start/stop your plan or make changes to your plan subscription at any time and it will take effect at your next billing cycle if you downgrade. Upgrades can happen at any time. You will simply be credited back the remaining amount on your plan and charged the difference when you upgrade.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Stripe to process payments and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club credit and debit cards
Will my credit card information be safe?
We use a trusted 3rd party Stripe that handles all of our credit card transactions, so we don’t even have access to your credit card!
Will my information be secure?
Yes. LifeHound uses bank-level advanced industry encryption standard AES-256 to protect your data. Account access utilizes multi-factor authentication and customizable privacy settings for further protection.
